Based on our customer insights its understood that PIPL BioChips, though expensive, deliver higher value for your money over Rice Husk.

1. GCV per Day - BioChips give you an additional 34.5% Heat/Steam per day over RiceHusk

2. Cost per GCV – BioChips 0.54 vs RiceHusk ranges between 0.44.

The PIPL BioChips are derived from PEFB and undergoes value addition. The finished product has

2X Combustion Efficiency: According to Wood & Pellet Quality Standards [WPQS] an international body, low moisture content directly related to high utilization rate. PIPL BioChips are processed and heat treated therefore have low moisture 13.9 ± 4.3%. This during the monsoon season delivers higher heating value (hhv) than rice husk. Secondly the particle sizes are larger than rice husk between 1.5-3inches therefore heat retention is longer and deliver higher heating value in the boiler. It is evident from customer insights, that BioChips are 2-4 times more combustible & efficient than rice husk (or loose biomass).
